Our cat hadn't been to a cattery before and so we were a little anxious about leaving him. We needn't have worried. Jan was so understanding and sent us a video of him on the second day (he was fine) which was so lovely and meant we could enjoy our holiday without worrying about him. See you next time. Thank you!

Lingfield Luxury Cattery is amazing. It was my first time leaving my kitten in a cattery, and the level of care she received was second to none. Not to mention how beautiful the cattery is, it even has a heated room to keep them warm and it is so spacious! Jan even noticed that my kitten, Yuki, had a medical condition that she alerted me to (which Yuki has now been treated for and is now recovered from). If it wasn't for Jan's great knowledge on cats and observant eye, I may have never of noticed that there was something wrong! I am very grateful for Jan for not only caring for Yuki so well whilst I was away, but also for wanting to know how Yuki was getting on after she was out of hospital. I would not trust my little girl with anyone else. Highly recommend!

This really is a fantastic place to board your cat. Mine are my most precious possessions and I just wouldn't take them anywhere else. It's not just the fact that it is spotlessly clean, the cabins are spacious and warm with individual heaters and there's plenty for the cats to look out onto to keep them occupied. The main reason I take my cat's there is the owner, Jan, who is a true animal lover and this is not just a business to her, she really gets to know the cats she looks after. She's vigilant and caring and I know she would notice right away if one of my boys was ill or needed attention. I'm confident they are 100% safe when they are in her care.

My cat's Milo and Leo where here for 5 days last week and where looked after so good by Jan. Milo has been going here for the past 4 years, and wouldn't change to any other cattery, I feel at ease when I am on holiday because Jan gives me messages of how the cat's are getting along. Highly recommended, thank you Jan
